Spreading the humanitarian and practical meaning of legal aid activities

In the first 9 months of 2025, the Khanh Hoa Provincial State Legal Aid Center coordinated with the People's Committees of communes across the province and associations of people with disabilities to organize conferences, reception points and communication campaigns on legal aid, spreading the humane and practical meaning of legal aid activities.

Specifically, the Center organized 3 legal aid training conferences for people with disabilities at the Cam Lam District Blind Association (old), Cam Ranh City Blind Association and the Dien Khanh District Social Protection Center (old); attracting 180 participants. At the same time, it organized 3 legal aid communication sessions with a total of 142 participants, thereby receiving 5 on-site consultation requests for 5 subjects; organized 28 legal aid reception points, thereby receiving 54 on-site consultation requests for 54 subjects.

The Center also coordinated with the People's Committee of Anh Dung commune to process birth certificates for children in Anh Dung commune preparing to enter the 2025-2026 school year with a total of 65 participants; provided guidance for 30 cases on making birth certificate applications, birth certificate copies for children, and provided on-site consultation for 8 cases; organized a seminar with the topic "Current situation and solutions to improve the quality of legal aid services associated with judicial reform in 2025".
