The 2025 Food Festival has a scale of about 200 booths, divided into three main areas: international with about 50 booths; Vietnam booth recreating the culinary space of the North - Central - South with about 50 booths and Quang Ninh culinary space with about 100 booths, focusing on introducing the culinary specialties of coastal and mountainous regions.
Coming to the Quang Ninh Food Festival 2025, visitors will enjoy unique art programs of Quang Ninh's ethnic groups, watch cocktail mixing performances using local ingredients and participate in free workshops: learning to make squid rolls, nodding cakes, sour spring rolls, spring rolls, banh chung...
In particular, at the Festival, through the application of virtual reality technology (VR/AR), visitors will be able to explore the raw material areas of Quang Ninh province. The new and unique feature of this year's event is the international culinary area with the presence of the world's leading hotels, restaurants, and service points, promising to bring a classy culinary service experience.
This is the fifth time Quang Ninh province has organized the annual Food Festival. The event aims to boost tourism demand while promoting and honoring the unique culinary culture of the locality. This is not only a golden opportunity for units to promote their brands and boost tourism economic growth, but also contributes to realizing the province's goal of welcoming 20 million visitors by 2025.
Quang Ninh Food Festival 2025 is expected to attract about 30 - 50 thousand visitors.
