According to the plan, the first phase (from August to November 2025) will select the title of Vietnamese Culinary Culture Artisan; the second phase (from November) will be for Ambassadors and Researchers of Vietnamese Culinary Culture. The time for receiving documents is from August 10 to October 30, 2025. The honoring ceremony is expected to be held in November 2025 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Vietnam has long been listed on the world 's culinary map, becoming one of the special highlights to attract tourists from all over to enjoy. Many dishes have become symbols such as bread, pho, beef noodle soup, Quang noodles... Honoring those who directly create dishes as well as those who contribute to spreading Vietnamese cuisine to the international arena is necessary and has an important meaning in honoring and adding motivation to continue spreading the flavors of the homeland of Vietnam to the community and the world.
