The 22nd Vietnam Poetry Day: The country's harmony

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and leaders of the Literature and Arts Association presented flowers to authors whose works were presented at the Poetry Day.

– On the morning of February 22 (ie January 13, the year of the Dragon), the Provincial Literature and Arts Association organized the 22nd Vietnam Poetry Day with the theme: "The country's harmony". Attending were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; representatives of a number of departments, branches, organizations, and students of a number of high schools in Lang Son city.

With the theme: "The Harmony of the Country", the 22nd Vietnam Poetry Day aims to review the nation's heroic past, praise the leadership of the Party and Uncle Ho, praise the achievements in the cause of defending the Fatherland, show the colorful beauty of Vietnamese people's lives in all regions of the country; at the same time honor the achievements and results of Lang Son poetry in national poetry; encourage the movement of literary and artistic creation, create a positive aesthetic education environment for artists and poetry lovers, especially the young generation.

Poetry Day is one of the practical activities to celebrate the Party and the Spring of Giap Thin 2024. At the Poetry Day, artists presented 13 works of poetry, music, and poetry commentary. Some notable works include: Reciting Nguyen Tieu poetry by President Ho Chi Minh; Reciting Spring Missing You by Duy Sinh; Reading Border Road poetry by Nguyen Thi Bich Thuan; Reciting Ky Cung poetry by Diep Thanh; Reading and commenting on poetry by students of several high schools in Lang Son city...

Through Poetry Day, we introduced and honored the authors and typical poetry works of Lang Son poetry, inspired the creative spirit of Lang Son artists. At the same time, we spread the love of poetry and literature to the young generation, especially students at schools.
