However, the investigation agency discovered that Ngan had taken advantage of the form of free gifts to sell another product called vegetable collagen pills. This type of product was not licensed for circulation, had no public records, but Ngan still packaged and labeled it with the same brand name x3-x7-x1000 and advertised it as increasing weight loss effectiveness when used together.

The products are distributed via social networks such as Facebook, TikTok and the company's hotline. Sales proceeds are transferred through many bank accounts of relatives and employees to conceal the cash flow before being concentrated in Ngan's personal account. In the period of 2023-2024 alone, revenue from this activity will reach hundreds of billions of VND.

Luong Bang Quang - the man who is close to Ngan 98
