The two units signed a memorandum of understanding to support Truong Lam Commune Police in carrying out fire prevention and rescue work in the area.

Truong Lam commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of Tan Truong and Truong Lam communes of Nghi Son town before, with an area of ​​68.16 km2 and a population of more than 21,000 people. Due to the large area, scattered population, and difficult economic conditions, the awareness and consciousness of fire safety work of the people in the area is not high. Currently, only about 40% of households are equipped with fire extinguishers, while there are many potential risks of fire and explosion in 24 residential areas and 144 facilities under fire safety management.

To proactively prevent and stop the risk of fire and explosion, and at the same time raise the awareness of all classes of people in fire prevention and fighting work, the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue Police Department, the Provincial Police have coordinated with Truong Lam Commune Police according to the motto "holding hands, showing work", focusing on providing professional guidance, improving the professional qualifications of grassroots forces; promoting propaganda and dissemination of laws, fire prevention and fighting and rescue skills; building and maintaining models of "Fire Prevention and Fighting Safety Inter-family Group", "Public Fire Fighting Point"; at the same time, mobilizing socialized resources to support people.

At the program, the two units signed a memorandum of understanding to support Truong Lam Commune Police in guiding and implementing fire prevention and rescue work in the area.

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department organized a ceremony to present fire extinguishers to Truong Lam Commune Police and disadvantaged households in the area.

Previously, the two units coordinated to organize propaganda and inspection of fire safety work at Truong Lam market; at the same time, inspected and reminded a number of households about complying with fire safety regulations at home, promptly detecting and overcoming potential risks of fire and explosion.

Also within the framework of the conference, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department presented 100 fire extinguishers to Truong Lam Commune Police and households with particularly difficult circumstances in the commune. This activity aims to help households be more proactive in preventing and handling fire and explosion incidents from the beginning, minimizing damage to people and property when an incident occurs.

The activities of sponsoring and supporting the Commune Police and donating fire extinguishers not only contribute to ensuring fire safety in the area, but also strengthen the close and supportive relationship between the Fire Police force and the grassroots, gradually building a strong movement of the entire population participating in fire prevention.
