On the afternoon of October 27, widespread thunderstorms and wind occurred in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. Immediately after, many trees along National Highway 51, passing through Co May bridge, fell, causing panic among many people.

This is a road section with many trees on both sides, especially many large trees. According to images provided by some readers, at the scene of a road section of about 200m in Ba Ria City, many trees fell, including large trees with uprooted and broken branches.

According to records, 5 tamarind trees over 15m high have fallen. Some trees have fallen across the road from Vung Tau City to Ba Ria City, making it impossible for vehicles to pass.

This serious incident did not cause any human damage, however, it caused a traffic jam from Ward 12, Vung Tau City, many vehicles had to take a detour, turning from Long Son intersection to go to the center of Ba Ria City.
