Rich in topics
This is also the first time that the Animation Studio has shown 5 consecutive animated series. These are the Golden Calf Knight, Red-Nosed Cat Warrior, Strange Blue Star, Flying Snail, and Silver-Haired Detective. Each series has rich themes and content, targeting different audiences.
The Golden Calf Knight series tells the story of the Golden Calf's journey to adulthood, a character with special powers. Each episode is an engaging story revolving around the Golden Calf helping his friends, protecting the right, eliminating evil, and creating a peaceful and beautiful life for the forest where he lives.
“I think the Golden Calf Knight is very interesting. The Golden Calf and the Pink Pig tease each other, making me laugh a lot” – Duc Minh, a student at Vinschool Kindergarten, Royal City, enjoyed it. Bao Anh, a 5th grade student at Tay Son Primary School, Dong Da, was impressed with the Red Nose Cat Warrior series. She said: “The Red Nose Cat is very cute. At first, he was just a pet, shy. But later he became better and became the Red Nose Warrior.”
The series Strange Blue Star and The Flying Snail are both science fiction films, using 3D technology, with beautiful, eye-catching graphics and explosive movements. These series bring excitement and attraction to the audience from the first episode to the end of the show.
With its outstanding strength in 2D animation, the Silver Head Detective series on the subject of detectives and crime investigation creates surprises for the audience. It is very rare for Vietnamese animation to have the capacity to invest in the crime investigation genre because the script must be very good, the storytelling and acting must be very "skilled" to attract viewers. With a modern, intelligent storytelling style, using 2D frame by frame technology, it has created an attractive series, stimulating the curiosity and reasoning of the audience.
With the appeal of Vietnamese animated films, audiences always fill the screening rooms and screenings at the Exhibition. Looking at the long queues of audiences waiting to enter the screening room, one can see the potential and anticipation of the audience to watch animated films. After the screening, many young audiences still want to continue watching more cases, investigations as well as the next films.
