An Phu Ward (HCMC): Going to people's homes to equip them with digital skills

On the morning of October 18, after the launching ceremony, 7 volunteer teams of "Digital Literacy for the People" of An Phu ward went to neighborhoods and boarding houses to guide and equip people with digital skills.

Speaking at the launching ceremony of the "Digital Literacy for All" movement in the area, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luat, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of An Phu Ward (HCMC) said that the goal of the movement is to popularize knowledge, equip basic digital knowledge and skills for all classes of people.

Special attention is paid to vulnerable groups, helping them proactively access, exploit and effectively use digital platforms, ensuring that no one is left behind in the national digital transformation process.

In the coming time, An Phu ward will continue to promote the role of the Community Digital Transformation Team, going to every alley, knocking on every door, supporting people to access and use digital technology ; replicating the models of "Digital Family", "Digital Neighborhood Group", "Digital Market", "Each citizen has a digital identity". In particular, maintain the model of "Morning Coffee - Exchange with people" to popularize and update digital skills regularly.
