Dr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen was born in 1991, in Phuoc Son commune (Tuy Phuoc district, former Binh Dinh province). Graduated from the Mathematics Pedagogy major at Quy Nhon University in 2013, he was retained at the school, both teaching and continuing to study to improve his professional qualifications.
As a lecturer at the Faculty of Mathematics and Statistics, Quy Nhon University, he has been involved in teaching and research here since 2013.
In 2016, he graduated with a master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Limoges (France), and three years later, also at the same school, he successfully defended his doctoral thesis in Mathematics.
In training, Dr. Nguyen has guided 5 graduate students to successfully defend their master's theses and completed 2 basic-level scientific research topics.

The highlight of his career is his impressive international research achievements: 18 articles published in prestigious journals, of which 12 are Q1, 5 are Q2, and only 1 is Q3 - reflecting his high research efficiency and selectivity.
These journals are all in the “prestigious” group of the Mathematics industry, in the top 25% (Q1) of journals with the highest impact factor globally, reflecting great academic influence and strict review requirements.
With more than 11 years of teaching and research, Dr. Tran Ngoc Nguyen always considers the training of moral qualities, ideology and professional reputation as the foundation of a teacher. He said that he always seriously fulfills his civic duties, complies with school regulations and maintains the honor of an educator .
