Vinh Hung Ward: Art program to welcome the City Party Congress and the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day

HNP- On the evening of October 9, Vinh Hung ward organized an art program to celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2025) and towards the 18th Hanoi Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The program attracted a large number of people from Vinh Hung ward.

In her opening speech, Vice Chairman of Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee Quan Thi Van Anh said: To celebrate the 71st anniversary of the Liberation Day of the Capital and towards the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Hung Ward organized a cultural night to welcome the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, to welcome the success of the congress of the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations of the ward for the term 2025 - 2030. The cultural night aims to express the feelings, beliefs and exciting emulation spirit of cadres, party members and people of the whole Vinh Hung Ward towards the important event of the Capital.

The 16 performances were a meticulous investment in art from war veterans, front cadres, youth union members and children, expressing their thoughts and feelings about love for their homeland and country, their faith in the Party, in the bright future of the nation, and their aspiration to build Vinh Hung ward to become more developed, civilized and affectionate.

The program is divided into 4 groups of performances, each with its own color, but all exuding patriotism, national pride and the rising spirit of the locality. The opening is the performance welcoming the Communist Party of Vietnam , with a male and female choir and dance group performing the medley "Vietnam, Spring is Here"...

Solo performances such as: “We guard your sleep” or “The sacred testament” are not only a deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh but also show the continuation of revolutionary ideals of the young generation. In particular, the song “Tu Van” performed by a female soloist touched the hearts of the audience with its simplicity and sincerity.

Special performances at the program

The second and third acts of the program are a combination of duets, choirs and singing and dancing, depicting the image of soldiers and combatants in peacetime. “We are Uncle Ho’s soldiers”, “The heart of a soldier”, “There is a star in the heart”...

The final segment was the highlight of the program, where children and youth of Vinh Hung ward showed new vitality with the folk dance performances "Continuing the story of peace" and "Youth Mission"....
