The Russian Armed Forces participating in the parade in Vietnam this time included 33 soldiers. The delegation was led by Lieutenant Mikhailov Anton Vladimirovich.

These are soldiers of the 154th Commandant's Regiment Preobrazhensky, a special unit whose traditional history is closely linked to the legendary Preobrazhensky Regiment, a symbol of glory and honor of the Russian army.

The regiment undertakes ceremonial duties, organizes honor guards to welcome heads of state and participates in major parades during important national events.

The Lao People's Army consists of 120 soldiers, some of whom participated in the parade at the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification in Vietnam in April 2025, and some of whom also participated in the parade at Red Square in Russia in May 2025.
