Due to the impact of storm No. 10 causing heavy rain on September 30, on the morning of October 1, many streets in Hanoi were still deeply flooded, disrupting people's lives.

After a day of heavy rain, the whole city still has about 25 flooded spots.

Recorded in the Phung Hung street area (section from Military Hospital 103 to Tan Trieu K Hospital), a familiar image is people wading through water, pushing their vehicles, turning around to find another way.

Temporary motorbike parking services have also sprung up to meet people's needs. On Phung Hung Street, about 200m from the beginning of the 19/5 Phung Hung intersection in the direction of 103 Military Hospital, there are dozens of motorbike parking spots.

Along the Nhue River, the rising water has not yet receded, forcing many vehicles to turn around; many people wade through the flooded water to receive their belongings and go to work.
