The conference focused on discussing and clarifying the current status of the management and protection of Cam Xe forests; the current status and results of the inventory of the existing area and the area of swidden fields interspersed in Cam Xe forests; the handling of violations of the law related to Cam Xe forests; the inter-sectoral coordination between agencies and units in propaganda to raise people's awareness... In addition, representatives of agencies and units also pointed out existing problems and difficulties related to the management and protection of Cam Xe forests in Tay Ninh Hoa commune; proposed measures to strengthen the management and protection of forest areas and Cam Xe forest land here.

According to management records by the end of 2024, the area of Căm xe forest in Tay Ninh Hoa commune has a total area of 702.68 hectares, of which 402.93 hectares are forested and 299.75 hectares are not forested. However, through review and counting by August 2025, the forested area is only 176.87 hectares, the area without forest is 525.81 hectares. From 2020 to the end of August 2025, the Ninh Hoa - Van Ninh Protective Forest Management Board has recorded 222 cases of violations and illegal encroachment of protective forest land in the area of Căm xe forest in Tay Ninh Hoa. Since the beginning of the year, 26 violations related to the forest of Tay Ninh Hoa have been detected and recorded for handling by the authorities.

Through the conference, the leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment requested the Party Committee and the authorities of Tay Ninh Hoa commune to pay attention to and resolutely direct the propaganda work, raise people's awareness in forest protection; direct specialized agencies to closely coordinate with the forest rangers and forest owners to investigate, verify, and strictly handle subjects of deforestation and encroachment of forest land in the Cam Xe forest area. Request the Ninh Hoa - Van Ninh Protective Forest Management Board to enhance its role and responsibility in performing the task of managing and protecting the Cam Xe forest assigned by the State; have a plan to protect the forest early, from afar, from the root; coordinate to review land areas in the Cam Xe forest area, clearly verify the origin to have measures to completely handle the encroachment of Cam Xe forest land; urgently develop a plan to effectively manage and protect the Cam Xe forest. The Forest Protection Sub-Department directed its affiliated units to do a good job of grasping the area, proactively advising the Party Committees and local authorities to strengthen forest management and protection; Coordinate with forest owners and local authorities to screen out subjects of deforestation, illegal forest exploitation, and encroachment on forest land; develop coordination regulations to protect existing Cam Xe forest areas and resolve existing problems in forest management and protection in Tay Ninh Hoa commune.
