Quang Ninh held a propaganda parade to welcome the 16th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030

On the afternoon of September 24, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh coordinated with the Department of Construction, the Provincial Police and other departments, branches, and localities in the province to organize a parade to celebrate the 16th Congress of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, term 2025-2030.

The mobile propaganda convoy of 16 vehicles was decorated with images and slogans promoting the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress in the fields of Party building, political system; economic development, culture-society, national defense-security, and foreign affairs in the past 5 years. At the same time, it introduced the vision and strategic goals of the province in the new period (2025-2030) combined with songs praising the beautiful nature, the land of great potential, the aspiration for development and the heroic revolutionary tradition of the people of Quang Ninh.

The parade passed through the main roads of the communes and wards: Ha Long, Ha Tu, Ha Lam, Hong Gai, Bai Chay, the area where the 16th Provincial Party Congress took place.

This is an activity of important political and cultural significance, contributing to spreading the outstanding achievements in socio -economic development of Quang Ninh province in the past 5 years, and at the same time introducing the goals and orientations of the province for the 2025-2030 term.
