Quang Tri: State budget revenue in 9 months reached 93.9% of estimate

According to information from Quang Tri Provincial Tax Department, the total budget revenue for the first 9 months of 2025 implemented by the unit reached VND 8,078.5 billion (equal to 93.9% of the ordinance estimate, 86.5% of the province's assigned estimate), an increase of 30% over the same period.

In the first 9 months of 2025, units under the Quang Tri Provincial Tax Department have synchronously deployed solutions to carry out tasks and work programs and basically completed assigned targets, goals and tasks.

Specifically, 14/18 revenue items met the estimated progress (75%), including revenue from central state-owned enterprises reaching 77.1%; revenue from local state-owned enterprises reaching 173.1%; revenue from foreign investment reaching 79.4%; personal income tax reaching 103.7%; revenue from registration fees reaching 112.8%.

Collection of fees and charges reached 88.4%; collection of land rent reached 101%; collection of land use fees reached 95.4%; collection of rent and sale of state-owned houses reached 227.1%; collection of mineral exploitation rights reached 110.6%; collection of fees for granting rights to use sea areas reached 84.8%...

There were 12/18 items that increased compared to the same period, namely revenue from central state-owned enterprises increased by 3.1%; revenue from local state-owned enterprises increased by 117.1%; revenue from foreign investment increased by 16%; revenue from non-state trade and services increased by 3.9%; personal income tax increased by 32.9%; environmental protection tax increased by 11%; registration fee increased by 41.8%; fees and charges increased by 4.7%; land rent increased by 40.3%; land use fee increased by 61.2%; revenue from leasing and selling state-owned houses increased by 110.5%; revenue from granting rights to use sea areas increased by 30.2%.

To strive to exceed the set budget, the leader of Quang Tri Provincial Tax Department said that in October and the remaining months of 2025, the unit will focus on closely monitoring the collection progress, evaluating and analyzing the collection situation in each locality, each collection field, revenue item, tax, and forecasting monthly and quarterly revenue in line with actual occurrences for timely direction.
