Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy signed Decision No. 3733/QD-BVHTTDL on awarding Certificates of Merit to individuals.

The decision stated that certificates of merit were awarded to 132 athletes and 52 coaches who had outstanding achievements at international sports competitions in 2025.

Specifically, Certificates of Merit were awarded to 4 National Youth Wrestling Team athletes who had excellent performance in winning Bronze Medals at the 2025 Asian U17 and U23 Wrestling Championships in Vietnam; 3 National Wrestling Team Coaches who had excellent performance in training and directing athletes to win Bronze Medals at the 2025 Asian U17 and U23 Wrestling Championships in Vietnam.

Awarding Certificates of Merit to 34 National Judo Team athletes who had excellent performance in winning Gold Medals at the 2025 Southeast Asian Judo Championship in the Philippines; 17 National Judo Team coaches who had excellent performance in training and directing athletes to win Gold Medals at the 2025 Southeast Asian Judo Championship in the Philippines.

Awarding Certificates of Merit to 8 National Youth Taekwondo Team athletes who had excellent performance in winning Bronze Medals at the 2025 Asian Youth and Junior Taekwondo Championship in Malaysia; 4 National Youth Taekwondo Team coaches who had excellent performance in training and directing athletes to win Bronze Medals at the 2025 Asian Youth and Junior Taekwondo Championship in Malaysia.

Awarding Certificates of Merit to 16 National JuJitsu Team Athletes who had excellent performance in winning Gold Medals at the 2025 Southeast Asian JuJitsu Youth Championship and Championship held in the Philippines; 3 National JuJitsu Team Coaches who had excellent performance in training and directing athletes to win Gold Medals at the 2025 Southeast Asian JuJitsu Youth Championship and Championship held in the Philippines.

Awarding Certificates of Merit to 4 National Youth Wushu Team athletes who had excellent performance and won Medals at the 2025 Asian Youth Wushu Championship held in China.
