At the training course, trainees were updated with the following contents: National nutrition strategy for the period 2021-2030, vision to 2045; High-dose Vitamin A supplementation for children of the right age; Guidelines for management, reporting and monitoring of Vitamin A supplementation activities outside the campaign; Nutritional regimen to prevent osteoporosis and fractures; Nutritional treatment of gastroduodenal diseases, diabetes, gestational diabetes and pregnancy poisoning; Appropriate diet for people with high blood pressure, viral hepatitis, lipid metabolism disorders; Practice of counseling and guidance on proper nutrition for adults; Nutrition education for students and adolescents.
Center for Disease Control instructors disseminate regulations to students.
Through the training course, trainees improved their knowledge and skills in implementing nutrition activities, contributing to effectively implementing the goals of the National Nutrition Strategy, improving public health and population quality in Hai Phong city.
