Bringing Mid-Autumn Festival to children in the mountainous areas of Lao Cai province

Hai Dang Volunteer Club (Hai Phong) cooperated with many units, businesses, and philanthropists to bring a loving Mid-Autumn Festival to children in the highlands of Lao Cai province.

From October 3 to 5, Hai Dang Volunteer Club (under the Vietnam Youth Union of Hai Phong city) coordinated with nearly 20 volunteer units, businesses, philanthropists and local authorities to organize the program "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love 2025" in Che Tao commune, Lao Cai province.

Hai Dang Volunteer Club cooperated with many volunteer units, businesses, and philanthropists to give gifts to children in Lao Cai.

At the program "Mid-Autumn Festival of Love", children in the highlands participated in performances and enjoyed many art performances, lion dances, and Mid-Autumn Festival feasts.

Hai Dang Volunteer Club and benefactors presented hundreds of meaningful gifts including: 750 warm coats, slippers, socks; rice cookers; 700 moon cakes, candies, milk, along with books, school supplies, bookshelves, televisions, toys, food... to preschool, primary and secondary school students in the commune.

Within the framework of the charity program in Lao Cai province, Hai Dang Volunteer Club cooperated with the Mid-Autumn Festival Charity Fund in Europe to support the construction of Dao Cu Nha bridge in Lao Chai commune, contributing to improving travel and ensuring safety for local people.

Leaders of Che Tao Commune People's Committee awarded certificates of Golden Heart to the program organizers.

Volunteer activities in Lao Cai province not only bring a warm Mid-Autumn Festival to children, but also contribute to sharing difficulties with people in the highlands, spreading the spirit of humanity and responsibility for the community.
