Ha Tinh City proposes 4 public investment projects for the period 2026-2030

Among the 4 projects that Ha Tinh City proposed to start new investment in the 2026-2030 period, 3 projects proposed investment support from the central budget and 1 project from the provincial budget.

In order to review new construction projects scheduled for investment in the 2026-2030 period, the People's Committee of Ha Tinh city has just sent a document to the Department of Planning and Investment proposing a medium-term public investment plan for the 2026-2030 period in order of priority.

Specifically, Phase 2 - Eastern Ring Road Project of Ha Tinh City (The project has been approved by the Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee to adjust the feasibility study report in the decisions: No. 956/QD-UBND dated May 9, 2022 and 2278/QD-UBND dated November 7, 2022).

Of which, phase 1 has been implemented and is planned to be completed in 2025); phase 2 (after 2025) - construction of the remaining road section and bridge over the Cut River, with a total investment of 379 billion VND. The proposed capital source from the central budget and provincial budget for the period 2026-2030 is 300 billion VND, the city budget is 79 billion VND.

The Northern Belt Road Project (section from Quang Trung Street, Ha Tinh City to Thach Ha Town) has an estimated investment scale of 2.5km long; the starting point intersects with Quang Trung Street, the ending point intersects with Le Khoi Street, Thach Ha Town. The total investment is 455 billion VND, the proposed capital source from the central budget and provincial budget for the period 2026-2030 is 400 billion VND, the city budget is 55 billion VND.

Nguyen Trung Thien Street Project (section from Nguyen Du Street to Ngo Quyen Street), has an investment scale (expected) of 2.15km long; the starting point intersects with Nguyen Du Street, the ending point intersects with Ngo Quyen Street. The total investment is 550 billion VND, the proposed capital source is the central budget and provincial budget for the period 2026-2030 is 500 billion VND, the city budget is 50 billion VND.

The proposed projects are all consistent with the general planning of Ha Tinh City and surrounding areas until 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved in Decision No. 3926/QD-UBND dated October 9, 2015 of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh province.

Regarding the project proposed for investment support from the provincial budget, including 1 project: Investment project to upgrade and build new items of Ha Tinh City Medical Center.

Estimated investment scale: Upgrade from 200 beds to 500 beds with specific contents: build new outpatient examination area and treatment area for external systems, meetings, nutrition; build new auxiliary items; repair, upgrade, renovate old facilities... Total estimated investment is 300 billion VND; proposed capital source from the provincial budget for the period 2026 - 2030.
