Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee requests to increase the purchase and reading of Party newspapers and magazines.

The Standing Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee requested Party committees at all levels, agencies, units and localities to continue to thoroughly grasp, propagate and effectively implement the Conclusion Notice No. 173-TB/TW, dated April 6, 2020 of the 12th Party Central Committee Secretariat on continuing to implement Directive No. 11-CT/TW of the 8th Politburo on purchasing and reading Party newspapers and magazines.

Deputy Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee Huynh Thi Chien Hoa has just signed Official Dispatch No. 17-CV/TU on continuing to implement the Party's policy on purchasing and reading Party newspapers and magazines.

Accordingly, in order to continue to effectively implement the policy of buying and reading Party newspapers and magazines in Dak Lak province in the coming time, the Standing Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee requests Party committees, agencies, units and localities to continue to thoroughly grasp, propagate and effectively implement the Conclusion Notice No. 173-TB/TW, dated April 6, 2020 of the 12th Party Central Committee Secretariat on continuing to implement Directive No. 11-CT/TW of the 8th Politburo on buying and reading Party newspapers and magazines and related directives and guidance documents of the Central Government and the province.

Thereby, to raise awareness of the position, role and importance of buying and reading Party newspapers and magazines. Identifying Party newspapers and magazines as important propaganda documents, contributing to helping cadres, party members and people improve their political theory level, apply knowledge to leadership, direction, production and life; encourage and promote patriotic emulation movements; consolidate the great national unity bloc.

The Provincial Party Standing Committee assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to monitor, urge, inspect and supervise the implementation of this Official Dispatch of the Provincial Party Committee, Notice of Conclusion No. 173-TB/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee's Secretariat and Official Dispatch No. 113-CV/TU, dated July 29, 2025 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; periodically report to the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the implementation results and advise and propose directions on related contents...
