According to VNA, on the afternoon of October 22, 2025 (local time), General Secretary To Lam and his wife, along with the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, left Helsinki, successfully concluding the official visit to the Republic of Finland from October 20 to 22, and headed to the Republic of Bulgaria for an official visit.
