Van Dinh: Signboard of the project "Civilized lighting route"

HNP - On October 9, the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinated with the Van Dinh Commune Party Committee to organize a ceremony to put up a signboard for the "Civilized Lighting Route" project in Giang Soi village, Van Dinh commune - a typical model in the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization" in the area.

Located in the West Northwest of Van Dinh commune, Giang Soi village has more than 200 households with nearly 800 people, an agricultural land area of ​​more than 33 hectares and more than 3km of inter-village and inter-hamlet roads. In recent years, under the leadership of a Party cell of 16 Party members and the close coordination of organizations, Giang Soi has always been a bright spot in the movement to build advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas, people's lives have constantly improved, and the appearance of the countryside has become more and more prosperous.

City leaders presented flowers to congratulate Van Dinh commune and Giang Soi village on the occasion of the plaque-hanging ceremony of the skillful civil mobilization project.

The pace of life in Giang Soi today is associated with changes in development thinking. Many households have boldly invested in production, trade, and services, bringing the average income per capita to about 80 million VND/year. However, with the characteristics of the area having two religions and a large proportion of the labor force away from home, the mobilization and propaganda of policies and guidelines still faces many difficulties.

Faced with that reality, the Party cell committee and the Village Front Committee have flexibly innovated in mass mobilization work, promoted solidarity, and created consensus among the people. That spirit has helped the locality maintain security and order, strengthen people's trust, and arouse the awareness of joining hands to build the homeland.

Responding to the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", aiming to welcome the first Van Dinh Commune Party Congress and the 18th Hanoi City Party Congress, Giang Soi initiated the construction of the "Civilized Lighting Route" project - a model that is both practical and demonstrates community responsibility.

After a short time of launching, the movement received enthusiastic support, the whole village joined hands to contribute more than 110 million VND; in particular, Mr. and Mrs. Tien Lo's family (Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Director of Dong A Electricity Company) donated an additional 443 million VND, helping the project to be completed soon. The system consists of 26 columns and 33 solar lights installed on the main roads from the dike to the cultural house, communal house area, pagoda, church... with a total cost of 554 million VND.

Leaders of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department commended individuals and units for their skillful mass mobilization work in Giang Soi village, Van Dinh commune.

Up to now, 100% of the main roads in the village have been lit, not only helping people travel more safely and conveniently but also contributing to ensuring security and order, beautifying the landscape and building a civilized, green - clean - bright village. The use of solar energy also demonstrates the awareness of environmental protection, towards a modern, economical and friendly rural model.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Dao Xuan Dung praised the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and creativity of the Party Committee, government and people of Van Dinh commune in general and Giang Soi village in particular in implementing the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement. He affirmed that the "Civilized Lighting Road" project is the result of mass mobilization work in the renovation period, bringing practical benefits to the people.
