Many passengers flying Vietnam Airlines on October 15, when arriving at Terminal T3, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, experienced the Check-in Lounge service at this airport.

This is the first time this service has appeared in Vietnam, designed specifically for high-end customers including VIP, CIP, Million Mile members, Platinum Lotusmile members and Business Class passengers.

According to Mr. Dang Anh Tuan, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines, Check-in Lounge is an exclusive check-in space, designed specifically for high-end customers. Only 5-star airlines deploy this service, and for the first time in Vietnam - at Terminal T3 Tan Son Nhat.

The check-in model in the business lounge is applied for the first time in Vietnam.

Tan Son Nhat Check-in Lounge is located right next to the first entrance of Terminal T3, with 6 separate check-in counters and Nearly 40 comfortable seats. With the Check-in Lounge, passengers do not need to queue for check-in procedures - completely different from the traditional priority check-in counter. A team of specialized staff will proactively carry out the entire check-in process and support according to each individual need...

It is expected that this service will be expanded to Noi Bai airport, Da Nang airport and soon Long Thanh airport after being put into operation.

Guests can check their luggage right at the business lounge.
