The first happy spring on the road worth more than 3,700 billion VND in Ha Nam

The new, beautiful, modern road opened to traffic just in time for Tet, making it easier for people to travel. After 10 years of waiting, tens of thousands of people in the lowland communes of Ha Nam were finally able to celebrate the new spring on the new road.

Mr. Pham Quang Hung, Director of the Ha Nam Province Construction Investment Project Management Board, said: "Thanks to the contractors' proactive increase in construction work and overtime, the road has opened to traffic at key sections as planned. During Tet, construction units will remove barriers so that people can travel and enjoy Tet and welcome spring. However, we still require contractors to arrange guards and place warning signs at intersections where the road is still under construction. When carrying out construction during Tet, labor safety, traffic safety and environmental sanitation must be ensured, and people's travel on the route must not be affected."
