"I am very happy to receive a scholarship from HDBank"

At the ceremony to present clean water to schools and scholarships held at An Thoi Dong Primary School (An Hoa Hamlet, An Thoi Dong Commune, Can Gio District), many teachers, students and parents expressed their joy and emotion at the thoughtful care of HDBank and the Ho Chi Minh City Association for Supporting Poor Patients.

As a student receiving a scholarship from HDBank, Huynh Thi Thao Phuong, a 5th grade student at An Thoi Dong Primary School, happily said: “When I heard the teacher tell me that I received a scholarship, I was very happy. My mother said that this year I don’t have to worry about money for books anymore. I promise to try my best to study well.”

A representative of An Thoi Dong Primary School added: “The new water filtration systems are truly valuable, because from now on, the school will be guaranteed a source of drinking water that meets hygiene standards for teachers and students, reducing the risk of diseases such as stomach aches, worms, etc., contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning.”

300 more charity houses in Thanh Hoa , the love continues

Also on this occasion, HDBank donated funds to support the removal of 300 temporary and dilapidated houses in Thanh Hoa province. The activity took place within the framework of the "Conference on Unblocking Capital Sources for Banks and Enterprises to Contribute to Economic Growth" organized by the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province and the State Bank of Region 7.

From now on, 300 disadvantaged households in Thanh Hoa province will have more spacious houses, helping to stabilize their lives and work. This activity demonstrates HDBank's long-term vision in joining hands with the Government to promote the roadmap to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide, in addition to the activities of donating charity houses, gratitude houses, etc. that HDBank has implemented for many years.
