587 delegates will attend the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province spoke.

With the theme “Solidarity-Democracy-Innovation-Development”, the Congress will discuss and approve many important contents. Accordingly, it will contribute opinions to the draft documents of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , term 2026-2031 and amend the Charter of the 9th Vietnam Fatherland Front; consult to elect the 1st Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province, term 2025-2030; consult to elect a delegation to attend the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031.

Notably, regarding personnel work, the number of members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province, term I, is expected to be 120, a decrease of 3 members compared to the number of members of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee after the merger of Bac Giang and Bac Ninh provinces. The number of Standing Committee members is 12, including the Chairman and 11 Vice Chairmen.

The Congress set out 10 basic targets for the 2025-2030 term, 3 breakthroughs and 6 action programs. In the 6 action programs of the new term, Bac Ninh province will focus on promoting propaganda, mobilization, gathering people of all walks of life, strengthening social consensus, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc. Representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people; improving the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, practicing democracy, actively participating in building the Party, the State and the political system.

Along with that, encourage all classes of people to actively compete, innovate, create, participate in socio-economic development, build and protect the Fatherland. Promote the role of mastery, the spirit of self-management of the people, build a united, prosperous, happy residential area...

Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province Nguyen Thi Ha emphasized that the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province, term 2025-2030 is an important political activity.
