Warming program "Sharing love - Love of the Land"

After several hours of preparation, 1,000 bowls of chicken noodle soup and 1,000 bottles of cold ginseng water of high quality and food safety are ready to serve people in difficult circumstances in the area.

Hot chicken noodle soup is ready

Many elderly people in difficult circumstances, lottery ticket sellers, and scrap collectors came to the program "Sharing love - Compassion for the Land of Thu".

Mrs. Nguyen Thi Giup, 78 years old, in Phu Cuong 4 neighborhood, emotionally shared: "The noodle soup is very delicious. I ate a bowl, and wanted to ask for more to help my grandchild save on dinner expenses." Mrs. Nguyen Thi Ba, in Phu Cuong 1 neighborhood, shared: "I sell lottery tickets. When I heard about the program, I had a vegetarian sandwich for lunch to save my stomach for chicken noodle soup."

Mrs. Ba was very happy and warm-hearted when receiving the hot bowl of chicken noodle soup in her hands. Like hundreds of other hard-working workers, she sent her thanks to the ward leaders and members who cooked the warm and meaningful meals together.

In the drizzly afternoon, the joyful smiles warmed the bustling atmosphere. Giving is receiving, the sincere thanks from the poor people in difficult circumstances are a great source of encouragement for the sectors and organizations to continue joining hands for the cause of ensuring social security for the people.
