The list of "Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Asia" in 2025, published by Fortune Magazine in its October issue, honors female leaders who have had a great influence in shaping businesses, promoting innovation, and inspiring the next generation.
Fortune assessed that Ms. Mai Kieu Lien's mark at Vinamilk is reflected in her innovative thinking, ability to plan the right strategy, build corporate culture, and connect employees. With the characteristics of a nutrition company, she built a business philosophy of "for people" and "putting product quality first".
Through that, the female CEO has developed the company, created economic impact, contributed to community development and social impact. With nearly 50 years of working at Vinamilk, including 33 years as General Director, Ms. Mai Kieu Lien has always been steadfast in her view that "food entering the body has no chance to correct mistakes".
With this spirit, she brought the Vietnamese milk brand to 36th place in the list of 50 dairy companies with the highest revenue in the world in 2021; and at the same time, it was the most potential milk brand in the world in August this year.
