Handing over land plots of Nam Nam Thien resettlement area project (phase 1) to people

On the morning of October 23, in My Le commune (Tay Ninh province), Nam Nam Thien Production, Trade and Service Company Limited held a ceremony to hand over land plots of the Nam Nam Thien resettlement area project (phase 1) to households that have been approved according to the resettlement policy.

Attending the event were representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade; Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of the commune Dao Huu Tan; Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the commune Nguyen Thi Kim Cuong; Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune Tran Thanh Dieu.

Nam Nam Thien resettlement area is deployed to arrange new accommodation for affected households to implement projects: Thien Loc Thanh Industrial Cluster, Savi Industrial Cluster, Nam Nam Thien Industrial Cluster and Resettlement Area.

The project handed over phase 1 including 179 plots of land to households in 4 projects. The technical infrastructure of the project has been completed according to the approved planning, including 4 similar areas, each plot of land in the project has full access to essential infrastructure such as minimum 7m wide roadway, water supply and drainage system, lighting, internet, green tree system and minimum 3m wide sidewalk.

In addition, the project reserves more than 50% of the land fund for traffic infrastructure and green trees along with educational land fund to serve the future needs of the people.

Speaking at the ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Dao Huu Tan commune requested the People's Committee of the commune to direct departments and staff to promptly resolve procedures for construction and connection of essential infrastructure for households receiving resettlement land; the Public Security sector regularly patrols and ensures security and order in the area so that this place becomes a livable place for local people.
