The Women's Association of the Political Department of Division 10 is an organization that brings together women from the following units: Regiment 66, Regiment 24, 4 subordinate battalions and 3 agencies of Division 10. Over the years, the Women's Association of the Political Department of Division 10 has closely followed the political tasks of the agencies and units, comprehensively implementing the women's movement and women's work. Every year, the Association has excellently completed its tasks; the collective and many individuals have been awarded.

The Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the Political Department of Division 10 for the 2025-2030 term and the Delegation attending the Women's Conference of the 34th Corps made their debut at the congress.

Through that, 2,500 sets of clothes, 2,100 kg of rice, 486 sets of textbooks, 1,500 notebooks and school supplies were donated to the people, poor children, and children in ethnic minority areas. Many women's union members were supported to borrow capital to develop their family economy and help cadres and union members in difficult circumstances and with serious illnesses overcome difficulties.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of the Political Department of Division 10 identified 3 breakthroughs, including: Breakthrough in improving the quality and effectiveness of implementing movements, models, and campaigns. Breakthrough in improving the capacity, responsibility, and ability to gather members of the union's staff and breakthrough in promoting digital transformation and improving digital capacity for staff and members.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 5 comrades, and elected the Delegation to attend the Women's Conference of the 34th Army Corps.
