Ben Luc: Launching a fundraising campaign to support people in storm and flood affected areas

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh province to support people affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi), on October 13, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ben Luc commune launched a fundraising program to support people in areas affected by storms and floods.

Right after the flag-raising ceremony at the beginning of the week, all cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, representatives of hamlets and agencies and units located in the commune participated in contributing a total amount of more than 35.5 million VND.

Previously, at the 1st Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ben Luc commune, term 2025-2030, union members and young people in the commune responded to the movement, donating more than 13.3 million VND.

Up to now, the total amount of donations through the campaigns launched in Ben Luc commune has reached nearly 50 million VND, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love and affection", the deep affection of local officials and people towards the people of the North and North Central regions - where are suffering heavy damage due to storms and floods.

This is an activity of profound humanitarian significance, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity, sharing and community responsibility. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ben Luc commune calls on all cadres, soldiers, people, businesses and philanthropists to continue joining hands to support people in storm and flood-affected areas to quickly overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and restore production./.
