Inside the restaurant, there was a group of Nguyen Hoai An (24 years old, residing in An Tinh ward, Tay Ninh province) and Nguyen Thanh Ha (20 years old, residing in Gia Loc ward, Tay Ninh province) sitting and drinking with friends. At this time, An heard the group at the table next to Mr. T. cursing and bad-mouthing the workers in area C of the company, so An was angry (because An also worked in area C).

Then, An called Nguyen Van Toan (24 years old), Nguyen Thanh Tung (21 years old), Nguyen Thanh Nhan (17 years old), and Lam Hoang Chuc (20 years old), all living in Gia Loc ward, to come and beat T's group. An's group used plastic chairs and glass cups to chase and beat T's group, causing injuries and damage to many properties of the restaurant, causing disorder in the area.

Upon receiving the report from the people, Truong Mit Commune Police quickly arrived to verify and clarify the incident, and invited the relevant subjects to the police station to give statements. Through the investigation, the subjects An, Ha, Tung, Toan, Nhan and Chuc admitted to the above actions.

The Investigation Police Agency of Tay Ninh Province Police has decided to initiate criminal proceedings, prosecute the accused and issue an order to detain Nguyen Hoai An, Nguyen Van Toan, Nguyen Thanh Tung, Nguyen Thanh Ha, Lam Hoang Chuc and Nguyen Thanh Nhan for the act of "Disturbing public order".

According to the authorities, most of the cases involving groups of teenagers using violence to resolve conflicts stem from social causes, spontaneously leading to violent behavior, gathering to cause trouble. Just because of small conflicts and disagreements in life or being incited and enticed by friends, they immediately use weapons to resolve conflicts. Most of these teenagers drop out of school early, lack of attention, management, education from their families, etc.
