The campaign “Anti-online fraud in 2025 – Slow but sure” was launched by the Department of Cyber Security and High-tech Crime Prevention (A05), Ministry of Public Security this morning, October 14. The campaign is accompanied by the National Cyber Security Association (NCA), TikTok Vietnam, and VCCorp Joint Stock Company.
The campaign aims to equip the community with information, skills and tools to proactively identify signs of fraud, while equipping them with skills and measures to prevent risks and scams in cyberspace.
The central message of the campaign is the 3C safety formula - “Slow to be sure, safer”. In which, “Slow” - To verify, always verify the source before sharing or trading.
Block – to prevent risks, recognize warning signs, set up account protection and configure device security. Block - to protect the community, report suspicious behavior, support each other, and work together to keep the online environment safe.
At the event, Colonel Ha Van Bac, Deputy Director of the A05 Department, said that online platforms, social networks and technology enterprises have been proactive and accompanied by state management agencies in propagating, warning and preventing online fraud. Platforms such as TikTok and Google have actively spread messages of cyber safety communication to tens of millions of users.
This is proof that fighting online fraud is a shared responsibility of the entire digital ecosystem.
