Listening to and acknowledging the opinions of the delegates, on behalf of the Provincial Military Command, Colonel Phuong Nam Ky hoped that in the coming time, village elders, village chiefs, and prestigious people in the province would continue to accompany the Party Committee, government, and provincial armed forces to effectively coordinate the implementation of economic, cultural, and social development programs, always be exemplary in mobilizing ethnic people to build a national defense foundation associated with a solid people's security posture; build a spirit of national solidarity, solidarity between the army and the people, contributing to building the homeland of Cao Bang increasingly strong and prosperous.
