The rate of cultural families in the area has reached 97.8%. Many roads and public works have been built by the people together, creating an increasingly bright - green - clean - beautiful landscape. With this achievement, for many consecutive years, Party Cell Zone 2 has become a bright spot in the Party building organization work of Yen Giang ward.

This is a great honor, but at the same time, it also requires a very high level of responsibility. Deeply aware of this, in recent times, the Party Cell has proactively led and directed the preparation and organization of the congress. For the 2025-2027 term, the Party Cell Secretary will continue to be the village head, so the village is currently taking steps to organize the election of the village head, then introduce the election of the Party Cell Secretary for the 2025-2027 term. Regarding Party Committee personnel, in recent years, the Party Cell has paid great attention to the work of developing Party members and building a successor team. Currently, all heads of mass organizations in the village are Party members. This is an advantage for the Party Cell's personnel work for the 2025-2027 term.

Personnel work is associated with continuing to implement the policy that the Party cell secretary is also the head of the village, hamlet, and neighborhood, and the Party cell secretary is the head of the agency, unit, department head, workshop manager, etc.

Following the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the guidance of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, 4,771 Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees in the whole province are making efforts to focus on doing a good job of preparing for the congress with a spirit of urgency. The grassroots Party Committees also focus on directing and guiding the preparation work so that the Party cell congresses are organized in accordance with regulations, ensuring progress, in the spirit of solidarity, promoting democracy, maintaining Party discipline, focusing on quality, practicality, thrift, not showing off or formality.

Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Committee of Dai Duc Commune (Tien Yen District) Hoang Viet Tung said: Dai Duc Commune Party Committee has 13 subordinate Party cells, of which the Commune Party Committee selected Khe Ngan Village Party Cell and Dai Duc 2 Secondary School Party Cell to organize the model congress for the 2025-2027 term. Therefore, the preparation work for the Party cell congress is being directed by the Commune Party Committee, ensuring the correct principles, promoting democracy and intelligence of Party members. The Commune Party Committee has assigned the Party Committee members assigned to each Party cell to grasp the situation, guide the preparation of conditions for organizing the congress, in which special attention is paid to personnel for the new term. The selection of factors to be elected to participate in the Party cell committee will be carefully reviewed by the Commune Party Committee, through which a team with a high sense of responsibility and dedication to the movement will be selected; Building a new term Party Committee must ensure quality, inheritance, development, and have a reasonable quantity and structure for comprehensive leadership.
