President attends award ceremony of political essay contest to protect the Party's ideological foundation

The Organizing Committee of the Political Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation awarded 12 A prizes, 23 B prizes, 36 C prizes, 66 Encouragement prizes, along with 20 excellent collective prizes and many other thematic prizes.

On the evening of October 22, in Hanoi, Politburo member and President Luong Cuong, together with Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Steering Committee 35 Tran Cam Tu attended and presented A prizes to the winning authors at the Award Ceremony of the 5th Political Essay Competition on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2025.

In 2025, the contest attracted nearly 542,000 entries, an increase of more than 73,000 entries compared to the previous year.

In his concluding speech, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Head of the Competition Steering Committee, affirmed that after 5 seasons of organization, the Competition has become a major political forum, gathering the intelligence, courage and enthusiasm of cadres, party members, intellectuals, journalists, artists and people in the work of protecting the Party's ideological foundation.

This year, many localities and units have invested systematically and proactively created highly practical works, especially in cyberspace and digital platforms.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded 12 A prizes, 23 B prizes, 36 C prizes, 66 Encouragement prizes, along with 20 excellent collective prizes and many other thematic prizes./.
