Ensuring solid communication during major events
In 2024 and from the beginning of 2025, Brigade 205 has synchronously and effectively deployed digital transformation contents in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 3488-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission and Resolution No. 1157-NQ/DU of the Party Committee of the Information Corps, from internal administrative reform, building digital management institutions, training human resources to developing and modernizing information infrastructure to accelerate the digital transformation process, in order to meet the requirements of the task of ensuring timely, smooth, solid and safe information in all situations.

The leader of the Signal Corps directed the work of ensuring communications at the Command Information Center for the parade and march during the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2. |
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 / April 30, 2025), the Brigade has comprehensively deployed plans to ensure information security. From fixed transmission lines, mobile information, online television systems to information security solutions, all are organized scientifically , synchronously and closely. The transmission lines and core nodes are all commanded and operated with high stability, safety and efficiency.
In particular, in the task of ensuring the TTLL to serve the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 / August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 / September 2, 2025), the Brigade participated in ensuring more than 250km of smooth TTLL infrastructure fiber optic cable with more than 150 cameras monitoring the routes, connecting to the command center to serve leaders at all levels to inspect and direct during the general training sessions, preliminary and final rehearsals and official ceremonies; reviewing and optimizing the TTLL system, focusing on the transmission backbone, softswitch switchboard, trunking network; data transmission network... The task of ensuring TTLL was completed excellently, contributing significantly to the success of the celebration activities.
At the same time, smart operating systems are also applied, such as: Codename response software, vehicle monitoring system using license plate and face recognition technology. This is not only a technological innovation but also demonstrates innovative thinking, using technology as a foundation to improve the quality of management and command. Mobile TTLL assurance units such as radio stations, television crews... are well-trained, closely following elite criteria. The team of officers, technicians, and technical experts of the Brigade is increasingly mature, mastering new and modern technology, ready to undertake and perform well sudden tasks, regardless of time, weather or combat area.

Building a “Digital Brigade” with 3 platforms
The Brigade has identified the construction of a “Digital Brigade” as a central and consistent goal in directing the implementation of tasks. This model is designed based on three foundations: infrastructure, institutions and human resources. In which, infrastructure plays a backbone role, with the deployment of high-speed transmission networks to command centers; the development of internal command and management software; and the development of an integrated database system between agencies and units to ensure effective data sharing and connectivity.

Officers and staff of Brigade 205 study and improve digital skills. |
Regarding human resources, the Brigade has established a Digital Transformation Expert Group. This is the core force, consisting of highly qualified officers in information technology, telecommunications, and system administration. The Brigade also regularly organizes training courses on information security, Digital Transformation, and new technologies to improve the qualifications of its staff and technical employees. In particular, scientific research topics and application software developed by the unit have been and are being applied in practice, serving well the requirements of command, operation, and technical management.
Regarding institutions - a very important factor for digital transformation, the Brigade has issued internal documents such as the Regulations on operating and exploiting the information technology system, standardizing 17 business processes, continuing to reform administrative procedures towards streamlining, efficiency and transparency. The application of digital signatures for organizations and individuals, electronic document software, paperless meeting rooms... has contributed to changing working methods, saving time and improving efficiency.
Another bright spot is the work of ensuring network safety and security. The Brigade's information security system is tightly deployed; in coordination with specialized agencies, it monitors, reviews and protects the TTLL system. Software solutions for eliminating malware, controlling access, and monitoring the system operate 24/7, ensuring that military TTLL activities take place safely and smoothly.
The Brigade has effectively implemented the Information Technology Project for the 2021-2025 period, ensuring quality, complying with regulations, and meeting the requirements for applying technology to command, operation and management of military information technology. At the same time, the Brigade is continuing to expand the deployment of models such as: Smart warehouse, electronic equipment history, technical management software... Each deployed model affirms the determination of the Brigade's officers and soldiers on the path of modernization. In particular, being assigned the task of ensuring information technology during major national and military holidays is an opportunity to demonstrate the capacity to organize, operate and deploy large-scale information technology systems and is also considered an opportunity to test the unit's digital transformation capacity.
In the coming time, Brigade 205 will continue to thoroughly grasp the resolutions and directives of superiors, promote innovation, improve the capacity of cadres, and perfect the digital command model. With the spirit of initiative, creativity, solidarity and high political determination, the cadres and soldiers of Brigade 205 will always uphold the heroic tradition of the unit, firmly step on the path of modernization, and ensure that TTLL is always solid and safe.
