Cong Phuong meets HAGL again

The latest 2024 National Cup schedule has caught the attention of fans when Cong Phuong will meet HAGL again in the round of 16 of the 2024/2025 National Cup. Previously in the qualifying round, Binh Phuoc won 1-0 against Ho Chi Minh City Youth Club to win a ticket to continue.

Cong Phuong was the player who scored the only goal that brought victory to Binh Phuoc. Although Cong Phuong has not played much in Japan for over a year, this player still shows impressive scoring instinct.

Cong Phuong will have an emotional match when he returns to Pleiku to meet his old team HAGL. Compared to Binh Phuoc, HAGL's domestic force is not too superior, but the players have played regularly in V-League so they are slightly better.

In the round of 16 of the 2024/2025 National Cup, in addition to Binh Phuoc, two other teams from the First Division will face teams from the V-League, namely PVF CAND (against The Cong Viettel ) and Dong Thap (against Hanoi FC).
