With the theme "Finding output for startup products", representatives of FundGo Danang Creative Startup Investment Fund and Control & Automation Solutions Company Limited (CAS - Control & Automation Solutions) made proposals emphasizing that the city should "order" startups to solve practical problems, create conditions for testing new solutions, attract experts to play the role of "chief architect" for the innovation ecosystem, and regularly organize capital calling connections, in-depth training and international market promotion.
In the discussion section, many opinions focused on creating a stable consumption channel for start-up products, especially handicraft products, OCOP, technology and environmentally friendly products such as supporting the arrangement of display spaces in densely populated areas, reducing costs of participating in exhibitions and fairs, preferential land rental for factory construction, supporting access to supermarkets and large markets to promote local goods, etc.

In addition, representatives of business incubators, investment funds, universities, colleges of startups, etc. also proposed that the city join together to establish a network of angel investors and investment fund alliances; build in-depth programs to support startups and innovation; expand online and offline creative spaces; develop a mentor network for startups; and create a mechanism to prioritize the use of startup products in local units.
At the meeting, Mr. Pham Ngoc Sinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology said that the Ministry of Science and Technology is drafting a Government Decree detailing a number of articles of the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation. The Decree will standardize the concept system, clearly define the tasks and roles of innovation centers and startup support centers, creating a unified legal corridor for creative startup activities.
Listening to the comments and suggestions of the innovative startup community, Mr. Ho Quang Buu - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City acknowledged and affirmed that he will continue to accompany and perfect mechanisms and policies to promote the development of the Da Nang startup ecosystem, bringing Da Nang's products far and wide. Proposing the Department of Science and Technology to direct the Center for Supporting Innovative Startups to regularly monitor, promptly commend and reward, and support typical projects; strengthen communication to spread successful models. At the same time, coordinate with corporations, businesses and state agencies to periodically issue at least one "problem" to order every month, have a mechanism to protect the confidentiality of ideas, and select suitable businesses to implement solutions related to practical needs.
The meeting not only opened up a space for open and substantive dialogue between the government and the startup community, but also marked a new direction for the consumption of startup products, creating a driving force to promote the sustainable development of the Da Nang innovation ecosystem. This will be the foundation for Da Nang products to gradually conquer the domestic market and reach out to the international market, contributing to affirming the city's position on the regional startup map.
