The 1st Congress of Women's Delegates of Binh Minh Commune, term 2025-2030, had comrade Luu Thi Ha - Vice President of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, along with leaders of departments, branches, the Party Executive Committee of the commune and 100 official delegates representing more than 8,000 members of the whole commune.

Overview of the 1st Women's Delegation of Binh Minh Commune

The Women's Union of Binh Minh commune was merged from the two communes of Bac Son and Binh Minh. In the past term, the Executive Committee of the Women's Union of the commune has always promoted its role, supporting women in economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, and participating in building new rural areas and model residential areas. In the past term, the Union maintained the activities of 2 piggy banks and 2 charity rice jar groups to help more than 150 women members in difficulty. The Union has 4 savings groups with more than 147 members; 6 revolving capital contribution groups with 108 members lending interest-free and low-interest loans with the amount of 125 million VND. Currently, the Union is well managing 13 savings and loan groups with more than 617 members with outstanding loans of more than 28 billion VND. The Union has widely deployed the Campaign " Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean " associated with building a cultural family. Every year, 100% of member households register to implement, at the end of the year, 98-99% of member households meet 8 criteria . Through activities, it has attracted a large number of women to participate in the Association.
