Can Tho City Annual Economic Forum 2025 takes place in November

(CT) - Can Tho City People's Committee has just issued Plan No. 104/KH-UBND, dated October 6, 2025 on organizing the Annual Economic Forum in 2025 with the theme: "Can Tho City aims to become a modern logistics center - Development driving force of the Mekong Delta region".

The forum is scheduled to take place on November 14, 2025 at the Can Tho City People's Committee Hall. The steering agency is the Can Tho City People's Committee, the implementing agency is the Can Tho City Institute of Economics and Society. The forum aims to analyze, evaluate the current situation and propose solutions to develop logistics activities in Can Tho City as the driving center of the Mekong Delta region. In particular, logistics infrastructure includes inland waterways, sea routes, roads, railways, airways, dry port infrastructure, logistics centers. Logistics services include transportation, warehousing, delivery, last-mile delivery, and ancillary services. Provide information on logistics service enterprises such as the number of enterprises, service provision capacity of enterprises, development trends. Market development orientations for logistics services, mechanisms and policies for developing logistics activities in the coming time.

Through the Forum, the city will continue to accompany and support businesses in developing, removing barriers and difficulties from facilities, infrastructure to institutions and policies, contributing to promoting logistics activities in the city, and improving the competitiveness of businesses.
