With the enthusiastic coordination of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district, Bac Ha District Police, Lao Cai Border Guard Station, members of the Volunteer Group quickly had information: addresses, damage levels of households facing difficulties due to floods in the areas.

Due to the difficult terrain and heavy impact of floods, many areas were divided and cut off, so we had to travel by motorbike, walk, carry and carry gifts quite far, from 500 m to kilometers. The Volunteer Group was divided into 2 groups, to quickly reach the people - places that are facing countless difficulties and lack of necessities for life.

Accordingly, at point 1, members of the Young Entrepreneurs Association and Mai Phuong Duc Company will support 32 households in the villages: Nam Tong, Hau Dao, Quan Din Ngai, Ly Seo Chu (Nam Luc commune) - a place nearly 40 km away from the District Center. In particular, Nam Tong village (Nam Luc commune) is a hot spot, because of landslides, resulting in 18 people missing (13 people were found and died, 5 people have not been found). The functional forces, officers and soldiers established a Command Center, on duty, and continued to search for the missing people for more than 10 days and nights.
