Ninh Binh: More than 16.6 billion VND to support storm No. 10 recovery

According to the official announcement from the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Committee of Ninh Binh province, as of 3:00 p.m. on October 8, 2025, the total amount of donations to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10 (Bualoi) has reached 16,671,454,600 VND.

This result was recorded after a week when the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee promptly advised and issued a Letter calling for support from the People to overcome the damage caused by storms and floods. Storm No. 10, along with thunderstorms and tornadoes, caused severe damage to people and property, especially to many areas of rice, crops, houses, offices, schools in Ninh Binh and many other localities.

This donation was received from 80 agencies, units, businesses, entrepreneurs and philanthropists at the central and local levels. In particular, typical units contributed with large amounts of money such as: Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City - Relief Committee: 10,000,000,000 VND; Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tay Ninh Province: 3,000,000,000 VND; Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics : 1,000,000,000 VND; National Energy Group: 1,000,000,000 VND; Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee: 500,000,000 VND; Hop Tien Company Limited: 300,000,000 VND...

In addition, there were also contributions from agencies in the province such as: Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy (184,050,000 VND) and dozens of businesses, Credit Funds, and many individuals, officials, and people in the province.

The donations from organizations and individuals have contributed to creating a timely resource to help people in storm and flood areas overcome the consequences of natural disasters, overcome difficulties, and stabilize their lives; demonstrating the fine tradition of "helping each other" of the nation.
