On October 9, the Department of Tourism held a conference to contribute opinions on the draft Resolution, Project and Policy on developing tourism - cultural industry to become a key economic cluster of the province in the period 2025-2030, with a vision to 2050.

Attending and chairing the conference were comrade Bui Van Manh, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Tourism; Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Duy Duc, former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics .

At the conference, delegates listened to and contributed comments on the drafts including: Draft Resolution on developing tourism and cultural industry to become a key economic cluster in the 2025-2030 period, with a vision to 2050; Draft Project on developing tourism and cultural industry to become a key economic cluster of the province in the 2025-2030 period, with a vision to 2050; Draft Resolution promulgating Regulations on a number of policies to support tourism economic development in Ninh Binh province in the 2025-2030 period.

In addition, delegates also contributed ideas and clarified the specific objects and levels of support in the tourism development policy in the province for the 2025-2030 period.

Identifying tourism and cultural industry as a key economic cluster demonstrates the innovative thinking and long-term vision of Ninh Binh province in economic development associated with preserving and promoting cultural values. Delegates also highly appreciated the quality of the drafts prepared by the Drafting Committee in a methodical, elaborate, serious and scientific manner, closely following reality, ensuring feasibility and conformity with the development orientation of the province in the new period.

The opinions contributed at the conference will be researched, absorbed and synthesized by the consulting unit to complete and submit to competent authorities for consideration and approval in the coming time, creating an important basis for the synchronous implementation of solutions for tourism and cultural industry development - two areas with potential and outstanding advantages of Ninh Binh.
