Job demand is concentrated in the footwear, garment, and electronics industries, with an average income of about 8 million VND/person/month.
Currently, many businesses are urgently recruiting people in large numbers such as: Hwaseung Vina Co., Ltd. (Nhon Trach commune) with nearly 1,000 workers; Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Tan Trieu ward) with more than 1,000 workers; Topband Smart Dong Nai Co., Ltd. (Long Thanh commune) with 500 workers. To attract workers, in addition to the higher regional minimum wage, businesses also apply many attractive welfare policies such as productivity bonuses, diligence bonuses, housing support, shuttle bus, childcare, etc.

According to the Dong Nai Employment Service Center, recruitment demand increased sharply in the last months of the year as businesses accelerated production to meet export orders to the European and US markets for the New Year, while also preparing reserves for after the 2026 Lunar New Year.
Currently, the labor supply is very limited, especially unskilled labor. Statistics show that at recent job exchanges, businesses can only recruit about 10% of the demand; in the third quarter of 2025, businesses need nearly 52,000 workers but can only recruit more than 16,000 people.
To connect labor supply and demand, Dong Nai Employment Service Center is strengthening the organization of fixed and mobile job exchanges, expanding coordination with 95 communes and wards in the province as well as linking with job centers in the Mekong Delta and Central Highlands to attract workers to Dong Nai to work.
