The Social Housing Project in Hamlet 5, Tan Trieu Ward was assigned by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee to Him Lam Joint Stock Company as the investor. According to the investor, the project has a land use scale of about 2.38 hectares and a total investment of more than 1.3 trillion VND. The project will build modern, synchronous social housing areas, meeting the housing needs of hundreds of households of civil servants and workers in Dong Nai province. Thereby, solving the housing problem for workers, laborers and policy beneficiaries in the area.
