At the program, delegates and members reviewed the 95th anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day, October 20 (1930 - 2025). Throughout the ages, Vietnamese women have always promoted the spirit of "Heroic, indomitable, loyal, and courageous", contributing to all areas of social life.

Leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts to blind women members in especially difficult circumstances. |
The province currently has more than 2,600 members of the Blind Association; including 1,258 female members. Following the tradition of Vietnamese women, female members always strive to study, work, assert their abilities, and integrate into the community.
The Association at all levels regularly organizes many practical activities for women and children with visual impairments such as: Child care and protection; propaganda on gender equality; prevention and combat of domestic violence; livelihood support and improvement of life skills for members, contributing to spreading the spirit of compassion and sharing in the community.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee awarded 10 gifts and money, worth 1.2 million VND/gift, to visually impaired women members in especially difficult circumstances.
