The turning point came in the 31st minute when defender Gautier Lloris was sent off for handling the ball in the box. From the penalty spot, Greenwood coolly equalized 1-1, starting a devastating performance.

From the 67th minute, Le Havre's defense completely collapsed under the terrible pressure of the home team. Greenwood scored three goals in less than 10 minutes, completing Marseille's first poker in Ligue 1 since 1991, the time of the legendary Jean-Pierre Papin.
