Tran Bui Bao Khanh (12th grade Biology student of Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted) has just won the 4th quarter of the Road to Olympia competition, the 25th year, with 270 points, thereby bringing the final telecast of the year back to Hanoi.
“I feel very happy to have won the laurel wreath and brought the final match of the Road to Olympia to my school,” Bao Khanh shared.

The Hanoi male student said that since he was little, he and his grandmothers watched almost all the episodes of the show Road to Olympia. Both grandmothers were loyal viewers of the show, rarely missing the noon broadcast. At that time, Khanh had a dream of one day standing on the Olympia stage.
“Since I was little, I tried to imagine myself in the position of a contestant and answer questions to practice my reflexes. When I entered grade 10, I registered to participate in the school-level Olympia competition organized by the OlympiAms Club to practice and learn. Like that, I practiced and competed with friends who shared the same passion to improve my knowledge, skills and reflexes,” Khanh said.
The male student said that he also regularly practices simulation matches or playgrounds similar to Road to Olympia. According to Khanh, the current development of information technology, the Internet, social networks... has made it very easy to organize and take place "Online Olympia" matches. "Therefore, I have the opportunity to compete with friends across the country, thereby practicing, learning and helping each other develop."
The male student said that at Olympia, he likes all the competitions and in any round, he plays his best and always aims to accumulate as many points as possible to gain an advantage before the Finishing round.
Talking about studying, Khanh said he has no special secret. "I consider myself a person who loves reading books and is eager to learn knowledge on the Internet," the male student said, adding that with the support of AI, studying and synthesizing knowledge has become simpler and more time-saving.

Ms. Bui Thi Thu Ha, homeroom teacher of 12th grade Biology, commented that Bao Khanh is an intelligent student, eager to learn, knowledgeable and passionate about reading. “Khanh is good at all subjects and has been an excellent student for many years in a row,” Ms. Ha said.
The male student possesses an impressive list of achievements such as: First prize in the city-level student competition in science subjects for the 2022-2023 school year; Second prize in the city-level excellent student competition in Biology for the 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 school years; Silver medal in the 2025 Natural Science Olympiad...
In class, students are impressed by Bao Khanh's approachability, ability to lead a conversation, and MC role. In addition, he also likes to sing in class cultural programs. The male student is passionate about the songs of musician Trinh Cong Son.
In my free time, I like reading books, playing chess, visiting cultural places like museums or going to the theater.
“My hobby is reading literary novels. I also love cooking, especially Vietnamese dishes,” the male student shared.
Khanh also learned programming to supplement his logical thinking. He received support from his father - a passionate programmer with over 30 years of experience.

As the last contestant to enter the final round of the 25th Olympia, Bao Khanh understands that he has less time to prepare than the other contestants. However, the male student is determined to consolidate his knowledge and review thoroughly, trying to promote his strengths and overcome his weaknesses to be ready for the upcoming final round.
“Having entered the finals, the goal must be the highest. I will try to keep my spirit relaxed and calm like in the weekly, monthly and quarterly competitions and consider the finals as a place for my knowledge and Olympia spirit to shine,” Khanh shared.
